Acceptable Use Policy

To keep Callboard safe and lawful for everyone, you agree to these rules when planning shows with the tool. Breaking them may lead to suspension or termination.

01Stage safety and effects

You must not use Callboard to plan, request, depict or glamorise real pyrotechnics, open flame, explosives or firearm/weapon effects. All atmosphere must be designed with LED, beams, moving lights and haze only.

Any power, distribution, hanging, rigging, load-bearing or working-at-height must be executed by the venue's qualified technicians and electricians under local regulations. Audience capacity, fire evacuation and event licensing are the responsibility of the venue and promoter.

02Intellectual property and likeness

Do not upload or generate third-party artwork, logos, trademarks or copyrighted material you do not have the right to use. Do not use another person's name, image or likeness without permission.

Do not impersonate any person, act, venue or organisation, and do not create false or misleading event information.

03Prohibited content and conduct

Do not use the tool to create unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative or dangerous content, or to plan events that would breach the law.

Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service, or resell it as your own.

04What Callboard is not

Callboard is an online planning aid. It is not an engineering, electrical, rigging, structural, financial, legal or medical service, and it does not provide certified drawings, safety approvals, guarantees of outcome, or any on-site services.

05Reporting and enforcement

Report misuse to support@chrswoo.shop. We may remove content, suspend accounts and cooperate with authorities where the law requires.
