AI Disclaimer
Callboard uses automated generation to turn your description into planning drafts. This page sets out clearly what those outputs are — and what they are not.
Last updated: 2026-07-13. Governing law: England and Wales.
01Outputs are references, not engineering
The stage plots, lighting cues, technical riders, input lists and schedules Callboard produces are creative and communication references only. They are not engineering drawings, not electrical or rigging plans, and not structural or safety approvals.
Do not treat any output as a certified plan or as evidence that a setup is safe or compliant.
02Safety is the venue's responsibility
All power, supply, distribution, hanging, rigging, load-bearing and working-at-height must be carried out by the venue's qualified technicians and electricians in line with local regulations.
Audience capacity, fire safety, evacuation and event licensing are determined by the venue, the promoter and local authorities — never by an AI output.
03Outputs can be wrong
Automated text and layouts can contain mistakes, omissions or unrealistic assumptions. Channel counts, timings, positions and equipment suggestions must be checked with your engineer and venue before the show.
Regenerate or edit any output that doesn't fit your room, line-up or set.
04No dangerous effects
Callboard designs atmosphere with LED, beams and haze only. It does not plan or depict real pyrotechnics, open flame, explosives or weapon effects. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
05How your data is used
Your inputs and uploads are processed to generate your outputs and are not used to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy and Content License for retention and rights.
06No professional advice
Callboard does not provide financial, legal, medical or safety-certification advice, and outputs are not a substitute for a qualified technician, engineer or licensed professional.
