Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support@chrswoo.shop. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then.

There are no credits or stored balances to refund, because Callboard does not sell credits.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the plan price until cancelled. We show the price and interval (monthly or yearly) before you subscribe. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Monthly plans are generally non-refundable once the period has started, because access is available for the whole period.

For yearly plans, if you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase and have not made substantial use of the paid features, contact us for a pro-rata or full refund at our discretion.

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not access the service due to a fault on our side, we will refund the affected amount.

Outputs are generative drafts. If a stage plot, poster or reel isn't what you need, regenerate it or adjust your description first — that is the fastest fix and is included in your plan. If something is genuinely broken, contact support and we will help.

Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights available to you under the laws of England and Wales or your country of residence. Where a statutory right to cancel a digital service applies, we honour it.

Email support@chrswoo.shop with your account email and the charge date. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
