Content License

You keep all ownership of the show descriptions, venue notes, photos, logos and set-lists you provide. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process them only to operate the tool and produce the outputs you request.

By uploading, you confirm you have the rights to the material and that it does not infringe anyone else's intellectual property or likeness.

Subject to your active subscription and these terms, you own the stage plots, lighting cue sheets, run-of-show, input lists, posters, hype reels and Show Pack files generated for you, and may use them for your own shows, including commercially.

Because generative tools can produce similar results for different users, outputs are provided without a guarantee of uniqueness. You are responsible for adding your own final artwork, titles and branding.

Uploaded files are cached for up to 30 days to support your generations, then cleared. We do not use your inputs, uploads or outputs to train AI models, and we do not sell them.

We retain all rights in the Callboard software, brand, templates, icons and the underlying generation system. Nothing here transfers those rights to you.
